In the early 2000's there was a lot misconception about what true leadership was about, and how leadership must have male and female integration.
She also explains the meaning of I.Q. (Intelligence Quotient, which is essential for execution and productivity) and E.Q. (emotional intelligence), which came along in the mid 90's and how the missing link to make those two work, is what she calls “M.Q. (mentorship quotient)”.
Tri believes that it is time for a rebirth, the new part of ourselves to emerge.
