We've all been there.

You're traveling. Maybe in a foreign country. Somewhere exotic. Tahiti? Hawaii?

Trouble is, you don't have access to a gym to keep your workout routine going.

Maybe you travel a lot and your body suffers for it?

It's a shame to let travel stand in the way of your fitness goals, just because you don't have access to your fancy home exercise equipment (elliptical, treadmill) or your Equinox… or your rowing machine (my personal favorite after doing crew in college)

And what about weight training? How do you keep your hard earned muscle tone while traversing the globe?

It doesn't have to be this way! In fact, there are plenty of great body weight exercises you can perform without equipment, or with very minimal gear that you're likely to find anywhere you travel.

For example: Did you know that you can do pull ups on a tree or with a towel? That you can use water jugs or buckets/bags full of sand/rocks for resistance?

You can even use just your own body weight and calisthenics to stay in shape, getting a full body workout as you vagabond across the world like our nomad ancestors.

This program will allow you to continue keeping your body in shape, even on the road.

You can even use your environment, what you'll find all around you, as a gymnasium, playing and working out!

Over many years of consistent travel to dozens of countries, I've learned one key thing:

You have to get good at improvising if you're going to keep any sort of routine on the road.

No excuses. Your health is worth it!

That's why Frank and I have made this– the only travel workout you'll ever need.

  • No fancy equipment required
  • No gym needed
  • No big time commitment

Just big results, feeling and looking great while you're on the road! The benefits to your health, immunity and mental clarity are staggering.

Did I mention it's fun as well?
